DELIVERY 

At Belle et BonBon we ship our designer lingerie to over 40 countries worldwide. (See details of our shipping rates below). Orders are shipped Monday - Friday.

All purchases made online arrive beautifully gift wrapped free of charge in our signature seductive gift branded bags and ribbons.

ARE YOU IN THE EU?

All shipments to the EU are now being despatched on a 'Delivered Duty Unpaid' basis and may be subject to import duties and taxes once your order reaches the designated country. Before you order please keep in mind that, due to Brexit, currently each EU country is now charging different rates of import taxes plus administration fee. Unfortunately we have no control over what rates are chosen by your country and therefore would like to ensure you are aware that costs will be incurred.

Please note, if the shipment is refused on account of import duty and the order is returned to us, our admin fee plus any return shipping costs and associated fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

UK & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All Belle et BonBon orders for delivery within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail either First Class or Special Delivery.  A signature will be required for all Special Delivery orders.  All orders for delivery outside of the UK are shipped via a Couriered delivery with an international tracking service.  A signature will be required for all orders. Please note that you will need to take responsibility for any import duties in your own country. We are unable to advise on the rates as they vary according to country. Our primary aim is to make sure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Sometimes you may order something that is not immediately available. When this happens you will receive written confirmation of your order and we will contact you to advise if anything is not in stock with an expected delivery date.

* Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Belle et BonBon are not responsible for any delays caused by adverse weather conditions or customs clearance processes.

RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability.

While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods, you may request a full return or an exchange for your item(s) within 14 days of receipt.

All products must be returned back to us in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and with the original packaging provided. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return the items  unworn and in perfect condition with labels and swing tags intact. Carefully fold the item with the all the tags attached and place the item in the original packaging and box. Seal securely and attach the return address label that came with your order to the outside of the box.

 

WHEN MAKING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:

1. Please include proof of purchase and indicate clearly whether you would like a refund or an exchange. If you want to exchange the goods please state clearly which item you would like in exchange (any additional costs will be charged subsequent to dispatch of replacement goods). 

2. You, the customer, are responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning any items. We do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit, therefore we strongly recommend that you send them by registered post and retain proof of posting. Please allow 2-3 days for your package to reach us (longer if outside of the UK) and 7 working days upon our receipt of your package for your exchange or refund to be issued.

All successfully returned items will be refunded via your original method of payment, less any taxes, import duties or original shipping charges incurred. 

4.  INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (EUROPE, USA & R.O.W)

Any goods returned from outside the UK must be clearly marked on the customs declaration as 'RETURNS' to prevent customs charges being incurred.


In the unlikely event of a fault, we will refund / exchange / replace the item as soon as possible. In this case, we will be happy to refund the cost of returning the goods back to us.

All Belle et BonBon garments are ‘hand wash only’ due to their delicate nature, and no refund or exchange will be given on items that haven’t been cared for in the correct way.
